# NudgeReviews

> NudgeReviews is a UK-only SaaS that helps sole-trader and small-firm tradespeople collect more 5-star Google reviews on autopilot. After a tradesperson finishes a job, they send one WhatsApp message containing the customer's name and contact details to their dedicated NudgeReviews number. Two hours later, the customer automatically receives a friendly, personalised SMS (and on the Pro plan, an email) with a one-tap link to leave a Google review. A single follow-up nudge goes out three days later if there's no response.

NudgeReviews is built specifically for UK tradespeople with a Google Business Profile: plumbers, electricians, carpenters, builders, roofers, tilers, decorators, gardeners, heating engineers, and similar trades. There is no app to install, no CRM integration, no dashboard, and no Google login required — the tradesperson interacts with the system only through WhatsApp, and customers only see a one-tap SMS link.

## Pricing

- **Starter** — £19/month. Email-only review requests. Suitable for quieter months or testing. Up to 6 jobs per month. WhatsApp or web-form submission, automatic 3-day follow-up, monthly report.
- **Pro** — £29/month. SMS + email review requests (roughly 3× the response rate of email alone). Unlimited jobs, priority support, monthly stats and trends report.
- **Annual** — £249/year. The Pro plan billed yearly. Equivalent to ~£21/month. Saves around £99 vs paying monthly.

## How it works

1. Tradesperson signs up via Stripe and completes a 5-minute onboarding form linking their Google Business Profile.
2. After each job, they send one WhatsApp message to their dedicated NudgeReviews number with the customer's first name and mobile number (Pro) or email (Starter). Example: `Sarah Jones 07911 123456`.
3. NudgeReviews replies instantly to confirm the request is queued.
4. Exactly two hours later, the customer receives a personalised SMS (and email on Pro) asking for a Google review with a one-tap link.
5. If the customer hasn't clicked within three days, one gentle follow-up nudge goes out automatically. Nothing further is sent after that.
6. The tradesperson receives a monthly email report showing reviews collected, star rating trend, and response rate.
