Finding your Google Business Profile link

You'll need this to complete your NudgeReviews setup. It takes under 2 minutes — here's exactly where to find it.

Easiest method

Search for your business on Google

  1. Open Google and search for your business Type your business name, adding your town if it's a common name — e.g. "Dave's Plumbing Leeds".
  2. Find your business panel On desktop, your business card appears on the right side of the results. On mobile, it appears near the top. You'll need to be signed in to the Google account that manages the profile.
  3. Click the Share button In the business panel, look for the Share icon (an arrow pointing up and right). Click it. 💡 If you can't see a Share button, scroll down a little in the panel — it's usually just below the main action buttons.
  4. Copy the link A small box appears with your business link. Click "Copy link".
  5. Paste it into the NudgeReviews form Head back to the sign-up form and paste it into the "Your Google Business Profile URL" field.

Alternative method

Use the Google Business Profile dashboard

  1. Go to business.google.com Sign in with the Google account linked to your business.
  2. Select your business profile If you manage more than one, make sure you pick the right one.
  3. Click "Ask for reviews" You'll find this button on your profile overview. It opens a box with a shareable link.
  4. Copy the link and paste it into the form That link is what we need. Paste it into the "Your Google Business Profile URL" field on the NudgeReviews sign-up form.

Don't have a Google Business Profile yet?

You'll need to create one first — it's free and takes about 15 minutes. Head to business.google.com to get started. Once your profile is live and verified, come back here and complete your NudgeReviews setup.

What does the link look like?

It usually starts with https://maps.app.goo.gl/ or https://g.page/. If yours looks different but came from the Share button or the dashboard, it's still correct — paste it in as-is.
